Membership Terms
The release price listed is an average estimation only and is not inclusive of taxes or shipping costs. Memberships are a one-year minimum and continuous (minimum two Allocations for the automatic Allocation program.
After the one-year minimum has been met, you can submit a cancellation request via email. Please note that letters, phone calls, or in-person requests will not guarantee cancellation. Reservations are required in advance for all tastings and events at Corazon Del Sol and our Sister Wineries: Revana and Alexana.
We notify in advance when order processing will be occurring and require all updates for billing, shipping, etc., to be submitted before a specified processing date. Once the order has transacted, we cannot make any adjustments to your membership. We are not able to refund Allocations after the charge has been processed. Pick up Members will have wines available on site after the charge for each Allocation that occurs. To maximize our space, we kindly ask that you pick up your Allocation before another allocation occurs, so only one Allocation is onsite at a time.
We cannot legally ship to PO Boxes, and all shipping orders require the signature of a recipient who is 21 years of age or older. For ease of delivery, we highly recommend shipping to a business address, or a hold location of your choice. If your shipment is undeliverable or returned, re-shipping may be at the member’s expense. We reserve the right to delay delivery of your wine if temperatures and weather patterns en route are prohibitive. Please note that we cannot ship to the following states: AR, DE, MS, RI, and UT.
By enrolling in the membership, you represent that the recipient of all orders is at least 21 years of age or older and will be available to sign for deliveries. You also agree to these terms of membership and authorize all charges.
